Where did I say successful? However he has managed to skirt most of the lawsuits against him. He has fall guys take the hit. He sues contractors into bankruptcy. He knows how to make his business dealings work for him.

My experience is that OSHA is automatically triggered by fatalities or being admitted to the hospital overnight or 24 hours for workplace incidents.

T nominated him to get rid of him. Half the job is done. Gaetz quit and got out of his ethics probe. Now he probably won’t be confirmed by the senate. T hands are clean.

Think about what T accomplished with the “announcement.” He knows what the ethics committee had on Gaetz. So in one swoop he’s removed a stain on his party. He quit his job and now needs to pass confirmation, which I’m not sure that he will. He will be without a job possibly.
